About ToClips
ToClips is an AI video clipper. It turns long videos, podcasts, interviews and webinars into captioned short clips, and shows you why each moment was selected.
What you can do with ToClips
- Add up to 20 videos or audio files (MP4, MOV or WebM) to one batch.
- Describe what you want in one line. ToClips transcribes the sources and proposes clips with timecodes, a score and the reason each was chosen.
- Render up to 200 clips per batch in 9:16, 3:4, 1:1, 16:9 or 4:5, with captions, cover images and SRT / VTT subtitle files.
- Preview every clip, then download them one by one or as a single zip.
Every clip has a reason
Each candidate keeps its source timecode, transcript and the reason it was selected, so you can review before you publish.

Private by default
Uploaded media and rendered clips belong to your account and are not published as public pages.
