By using ToClips, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ToClips is an AI video clipper. It turns long videos, podcasts, interviews and webinars into captioned short clips, and shows you why each moment was selected.
Your account
AI features require an EndTo account, which also works on ToSlides, ToCharts and ToClips. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and payments
- AI tasks use credits. The credits a task needs are reserved when you submit it, and the reservation is shown before you confirm.
- When a task finishes, it is charged for actual usage and the rest of the reservation is returned. A failed task returns the full reservation. Cancelling a running task charges the usage already incurred and returns the remainder.
- Credit purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
- To request a refund, email support@endto.ai with your order number and we will review it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and the results you create. To run the service, you allow us to store, process and transmit that content as needed. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload.
AI output
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Make sure you have the right to process and publish the media you upload, and check clips and captions before you post them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent or harassing content.
- Do not upload malware or try to access other people’s accounts or data.
- Do not disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Free tools
The free tools are provided as-is, run in your browser and may change at any time.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the service and may add, change or remove features. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
