Turn a webinar into reusable content
Turn lessons and webinars into teachable clips while keeping timestamps, captions and source context.
From source to publishable clips
Upload source media, review the Agent candidates, choose the format and captions, then render.

Webinars and recorded classes are full of self-contained explanations: a definition, a worked example, an answer to an audience question. ToClips finds those moments in the transcript and proposes them as clips with their timecodes, so a one-hour session can become a library of short lessons for social posts, onboarding or a course page.
Every clip keeps its source timecode and the transcript line it came from, which makes it easy to link back to the full recording.
Workflow
- Upload the recording; several sessions can go into one job.
- Describe the goal, for example “self-contained explanations under two minutes for new customers”.
- Choose 16:9 when slides matter, or 9:16 and 1:1 for social versions of speaker-led segments.
- Export clips with burned-in captions, or keep captions as separate SRT and VTT files for your video platform.
Good to know
- Selection reads what is said. A segment that only makes sense while looking at the slides may need a manual cut.
- Slides with text near the edges are cropped in vertical formats; keep those clips in 16:9.
- Check product names and technical terms in the transcript before rendering captions.
Example one-line briefs
- “Self-contained explanations of one feature each, under two minutes.”
- “Every audience question with its full answer.”
- “Definitions of key terms for a glossary playlist.”
- “Customer stories and concrete results the speaker mentions.”
For a course library, render 16:9 for the full lesson pages and 9:16 for the short promotional versions in the same job.
